These color options are popular for construction site shuttles, corporate campus transfers, athletic team travel, and special event staging where a uniform fleet appearance is important. Standard amenities on our school buses include forward-facing bench seats with durable vinyl upholstery, powerful front and rear HVAC units for year-round climate control, and a full-width rear emergency door for easy boarding and exiting. The driver’s area features an integrated PA microphone for making announcements, an AM/FM radio with auxiliary input, and a high-visibility instrument panel with all controls. Interior lighting is provided by ceiling-mounted LED fixtures running the length of the aisle, while exterior lighting includes dual amber/red warning lights, 8-way flashers, and halogen headlights. Floors are finished with slip-resistant rubberized material in either black or gray color. Additional features include roof hatches for ventilation, side windows that open halfway down, and stanchion bars at the entry steps.

School bus rentals generally start at $145–$450+ per hour, $1,520–$3,655 per day, or $6.00–$9.95 per mile—but your actual price will depend on several key factors. The biggest variables are the length of your trip (mileage and duration), the pickup and drop-off locations, and whether you need the bus for a single day or multiple days. Local trips within Linden or Union County will cost less than longer runs into New York City, North Jersey, or out-of-state destinations. Multi-day charters get priced by the day rather than the hour. Other things that affect your rate include the size of the bus (seating capacity), how far in advance you book, and whether your dates fall during peak season (spring/fall). People use them for weddings, bachelor parties, or trips to the city. They cost about the same as a minibus but feel more like a rolling living room.
